After 9 months of well earned hibernation Barbecue Man emerges in early June and soon the acrid smell of white spirit and burnt meat wafts over our summer gardens.
Barbecue Man hardly cooks inside the house during the rest of the year and leaves most of the preparation (and clearing up) to his long suffering partner, but outside, boy oh boy, with tongs in one hand and a beer in the other,reigns supreme. Caveman walks again and the result is any meat he touches is burnt black on the outside and pink on the inside!
Well help is at hand. Now you can enjoy that feel good factor of the sun shining, a cold beer or a glass of chilled white wine or maybe a tropical rum punch with the grill being looked after by the pros, while laughing and chatting with friends.
