Hi Trevor
Just to say a big thank you for inspiring us all to try our hand at
Caribbean cooking - it was a very enjoyable morning and I think the
clean plates said it all. Both Rob and I have tried the rice dish at
home but ended up with a sticky ball of rice - more practice needed I
think.
Needless to say that this Monday morning's activities were not nearly so
exciting as last weeks.

The team building cooking class was brilliant. Everyone had such a lovely time and for myself I never knew cooking could be so much fun. The next day my entire family could not believe I had prepared the lovely dinner. Everything was perfect.

We are all now a lot closer and that is purely down to Sunshine Catering. Keep up the good work.
