Some of you have been enquiring about our popular cooking classes which we placed on hold due to the busy season as well as relocation and expansion of our business Please note our classes will soon commence so please keep an eye out on the website.

Sunshine Catering's proffesional cooking classes are the ideal way to learn to prepare delicious Caribbean food in a fun and interactive environment.

These exciting sessions are aimed towards indivuals, groups, private or corporate clients and offers a great opportunity as a team building exercise as well as a confidence booster for anyone who would like to be able to impress friend and family with restaurant quality meals.

Some of the dishes you can learn how to cook are

  • Chicken Corriander stuffed with plantain in a coconut sauce
