Welcome to your Caribbean Party.........

Imagine your guest arriving to your home or venue to the sweet sounds of the steel band music, shaking their hips as they make their way to Buddy's Rum shack for a welcome rum punch to get the party started.

On the grill nearby or the tropically decorated buffet table the wonderful aroma of Jamaican jerk chicken and Trinidadian mango and ginger tuna steaks are mouth wateringly tantalising. Then the chef lifts the lid of the pineapple sweet potato and everyone's taste buds hits the roof.

After one or two punches and an ice cold Jamaican Red stripe beer, it's time to get stuck in. Umm coconut rice and peas, pineapple sweet potato, jerk chicken ………delicious.

Just when you thought it couldn't get any better out comes the totally tropical mango and coconut cheesecake with passion fruit sauce to finish things off.

Now it's really party time as the amazing snake hips Albert tantalises you with his acrobatic, fire eating, limbo- dancing, show. Once he has done his bit, then it is time for you to go as low as you can. But fear not there will be no fire as the combination of too many rum punches may prove to be a bit to hot for you.

Feeling Hot, Hot, Hot???, it's time for the Reggae band or DJ to take you well into the night with all the classic tunes or music of choice as you dance the night away under the Caribbean stars. Well the imagination is a wonderful thing
