Sunshine Caribbean catering does parties, plain and simple. Imagine your guests arriving to the sweet sounds of Caribbean steel band music, nibbling on delicious Caribbean canapés while sipping a rum punch.

After a bit of mingling, the magnificent Sunshine Caribbean buffet is revealed. Coconut rice and peas, honey glazed jerk chicken, Pineapple sweet potato pie, Herb crusted fish with ginger and garlic, Trinidad curried mutton ….even you cannot wait to tuck in.

Fast forward to the end of the night and as your guests happily depart, the whispers are what a fantastic host you have been, providing delicious Caribbean food, fabulous entertainment and delightful tropical drinks.
