Caribbean Jerk Hog Roast

Sunshine Catering is dedicated to always bringing the best of the Caribbean to you and our latest contibution is our Cuban Jerk Hog Roast.

This unique way of roasting pork is unique and very different to the traditonal way of roasting meat. With our system pork is cooked inside of the box, keeping all the flavours locked in while making its own gravy in the tray below.

The exciting thing about this is you can literally have any type of meat cooked this way from whole chickens, lamb, beef, or game and it all happens in 4 hours.

Your guests will be totally blown away as you can be certain they may have seen and tasted traditional hog roasts,but nothing like this.

• British raised organic pork with loads of crackling
• Dollops of Apple sauce
• Sage and Onions stuffing balls
• Soft floured rolls.
• Cooked and carved by two of our chefs
• Disposable plates, knives and forks

Salads and sides can be added at £2.50 each per person or £6.00 for a choice of three.
