OUR SERVICE
Sunshine Catering is please to offer our personal chef services to discering clients, friends and families. We will come to the comfort of your home and prepare the most delicious meal that will leave you free to enjoy your guests company while eating delicious food.

We provide a fully service package or will prepare and leave it for you to serve your guest, taking all the credit. So thinking of having a dinner party, look no further. We have a variety of prices and packages to suit all budgets and taste.

THE FOOD
Our menus capture the flavours, colours and excitement of the Caribbean and are lovingly prepared and beautifully presented for you and your guest. We can offer you a sit down three course meal with a welcome rum punch on arrival or a Caribbean buffet spread with a live steel band playing in the background during service and the meal

Some of the dishes we can offer you are

  • Chicken breast, stuffed with plantain wrapped in parma ham in a coconut corriander sauce served with a sweet potato stir
  • Tuna supreme marinated in jerk seasoning with a herby breadcrumb topping in a seafood and garlic sauce served with bay leaf and anniseed vegetables.
  • Creole Pork with aubergines, chillies and garlic served with a sweet coconut rice
